Last year we connected with Darkwood Drums & Percussions Group in Chilliwack BC, and had amazing times at their drum circle. For someone who has never drummed before, the feeling you get is so upwardly energizing and invigorating. For someone who is an introvert as well, I found myself in extroverted states every time I left the class. Talk/chatter and expression just flowed out of me! Quite amazing what banging on things can do.
